4. Using a small applicator (like a sponge, silicone tool, or fingers), gently rub the chrome powder onto the tacky nail surface until you get a uniform metallic shine. 

5. Brush off any excess powder, then seal with a final layer of top coat (and cure again if gel) to lock in the shine and make the manicure durable.
